Our award-winning farmstead cheese begins with fresh raw milk from our herd of registered Jersey and Holstein cows. Using time-tested methods, we then turn that cream-laden milk into handcrafted artisanal cheeses, full of flavor and wholesome goodness

Creamy and sharp cheddar, cave-aged for over a year, with complex flavors and a bloomy white rind.
WOODBINE - Hard Alpine style cheese, aged for at least 6 months. Unique, nutty, subtly sweet.
